Appointments, Refunds and Cancellations Policy




I understand that life sometimes gets in the way of things and you cannot keep your appointment.

Should that be the case, as soon as you know you cannot keep your appointment, please text me at 0432 429 302 or use the link in the emailed appointment confirmation.  Please leave a detailed text giving your name, appointment time and date and I will gladly cancel or reschedule your appointment to a more convenient date and time.

48 hours BEFORE your appointment an email reminder will be sent to the inbox of the address given to us by you in the "Request a Booking" Form. 



Essential Information

Dermal Remedy asks all new clients to complete a Client Consultation Form. This is to to provide you with a very safe service with the best possible results and to assess your suitability for treatments.

I collect personal data, such as your name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. This information is used to keep you up to date with new services and developments, confirm your appointments and to provide you with important pre and post care information.

Please notify Dermal Remedy of any changes to your contact details including name changes, address, mobile number and email. This will help us to get any necessary or important information to you.


Appointments + Complimentary Consultations can be made:

I do try to keep to time. You do NOT need to arrive early (just on time) for your appointment as I allow for extra time between my clients. If you are late, I may not be able to provide the full treatment that you are booked for because my treatments cannot be rushed, but you will still be charged for the full appointment.

If treatment is refused, I reserve the right to apply the 50% deposit as a cancellation fee to the treatment cost. Or in the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited. 

Whilst I  love children, in the interest of health and safety, children cannot accompany clients in the treatment room. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • New Clients should complete required paperwork prior to arriving for appointment. 

  • I require at least 24 hours of notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Should you cancel or change your appointment within the 24 hours, or do not attend your appointment at all, Dermal Remedy reserves the right to apply the 50% booking fee for a cancellation, to the treatment cost. If your appointments are prepaid, you will be forfeited one session of your prepaid program.

  • For bookings, a 50% deposit of the treatment cost or gift voucher number are required to secure a booking time.

  • Expiry dates for gift vouchers are 12 months and no extensions are available. The full price of the treatment will be applied to Vouchers with a no show appointment.

Refund Policy

Dermal Remedy has a ‘no refund’ policy on all purchases, including all prepaid programs (whether these programs are paid in full or not) for change of mind reasons, in the event that your circumstances change, or in the event that you choose to discontinue treatments.

Prepaid programs of 6 treatments will expire and will automatically be cancelled after 1 year (unless otherwise stated) from the initial date of purchase while prepaid programs of 10 will expire and be cancelled after 2 years (unless otherwise stated). No refunds or exchanges will be given.

All treatments and services are not transferable to other treatments and other individuals.

Deposits paid for all IPL, Skin and Beauty treatments are non-refundable.

Treatment Program Policy

When purchasing a prepaid program the client acknowledges that the Pre Paid treatments fee is not refundable neither in part nor in whole, in the event that the Client’s circumstances change, or in the event the Client fails to attend or discontinues any treatments. 

Dermal Remedy requires at least 24 hours notice to be given for any appointment cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, I reserve the right to forfeit your prepaid treatment as referred to in our cancellation and refund policy. Prepaid programs will expire 1 year (unless otherwise stated) from date of purchase for 10 or less, or a 2 year (unless otherwise stated) expiry date of 10 treatments or more. Any prepaid programs purchased at a promotional rate will also expire after 6 months (unless otherwise stated) from date of purchase. Deposits paid for service or treatments are non-refundable. You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
